Small Steps, Big Impact
In the heart of Wekiwa Springs, each individual holds a unique power to bring about positive change.
Guided by our commitment to community betterment through shared efforts, the People of Wekiwa Springs Association, Inc. is thrilled to partner with our proactive Orange County Commissioner, Christine Moore, in the District 2 Corridor Chief initiative. However, while a Corridor Chief can play a pivotal role in maintaining our community’s beauty and functionality, every resident can make a significant difference, even without formally taking on that title.
Have you ever noticed an overflowing trash can or a broken sidewalk while taking a morning walk? Such issues, while seemingly minor, can disrupt the harmony of our environment. But, with the 311 App, every resident can become a community watchdog, alerting the necessary authorities to areas in need of attention.
We all play a role in maintaining our community’s appeal. A clean, green, and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood isn’t just a point of pride; it’s a testament to our commitment to ensuring the well-being of every resident and the sustainability of our natural surroundings. It also contributes to the underlying economic benefit that affects each resident directly.
Enhanced neighborhoods are often synonymous with increasing property values. When streets are debris-free, common areas are well-tended, and every corner exudes people’s care and dedication, it becomes a magnet for potential homeowners. A robust and collective effort towards beautification and maintenance signals a community invested in its future.
In doing so, we’re making Wekiwa Springs a beautiful place to live in today and ensuring a legacy of prosperity for the generations to come.
